Your Path Counselling offers individual, couples, and family therapy services. Based in Victoria, BC, they needed to build a paid acquisition engine from scratch with zero historical ads data, while navigating the unique restrictions of healthcare advertising.

How We Did It
Phase 1: Test
We started with localized targeting within a 5km radius to build initial data. We tested form vs matchmaker CTA approaches, finding that a 7-question questionnaire significantly outperformed standard forms. We also tested long vs short landing pages and built out email marketing lead nurturing through ActiveCampaign.
Phase 2: Optimize & Scale
With winning combinations identified, we expanded targeting to all of British Columbia for online therapy sessions, scaling the campaigns while maintaining lead quality and conversion rates.
