What the assessment includes

The AI Tools Assessment is a fixed-scope service: a 45-minute recorded discovery call, a written report prescribing 3 to 6 software tools matched to your business (each with estimated cost, setup effort, and hours saved), a 4-day quick start plan, a financial impact summary, and a 30-minute walkthrough call. The report is delivered within 5 business days of the discovery call.

The fee is $999, invoiced after your intake is confirmed and payable before the discovery call. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing. The assessment fee is credited toward any implementation project booked with Devslove within 60 days of your walkthrough call.

The 5-hour guarantee

Every recommendation in your report states the estimated hours per week it returns. If the report's total identified time savings come to less than 5 hours per week, you are entitled to a full refund of the assessment fee. To request it, reply to any email from us within 14 days of your walkthrough call. No forms, no conditions beyond the date.

If it becomes clear during the discovery call itself that we cannot identify 5 hours per week in your business, we will tell you on the call, refund the fee in full within 2 business days, and send you a short written summary of what we did find.

Your report is yours

On payment, the report belongs to your business. Use it internally, share it with your team, or hand it to another provider to implement. We keep the working materials (call recording, transcript, analysis notes) confidential and use them only to produce and support your assessment.

Call recording and AI processing

The discovery call is recorded and transcribed so nothing is missed. The transcript is analyzed with AI tools under our direction, and a senior team member reviews every output before anything reaches your report. By booking the discovery call you consent to the recording and to this processing. Please avoid sharing information on the call that you are not authorized to disclose; if customer personal information comes up, we treat it as confidential and do not retain it beyond the engagement.

About the tools we recommend

Tool recommendations are informational and based on the state of each product at the time of your report. We take no commissions, affiliate fees, or placement payments from any vendor we recommend. Pricing, features, and availability of third-party tools can change without notice, and their performance in your business depends on adoption and configuration. Your business remains responsible for its own vendor decisions, including privacy, security, data residency, and contract review. Devslove makes no warranty regarding third-party products.
